Huffing, bagging, and sniffing are terms for inhalant use, a cheap, legal and accessible way that young people in Abilene are getting high. On March 16, The Region 2 Prevention Resource Center and the National Inhalant Prevention Coalition (NIPC) will kick off a week-long campaign to raise awareness of the dangers and popularity of this deadly practice. |
